We need restream swiss channels

Hi,

we are a Swiss restream company and Bakom wants from us restream some swiss channels (it is mandatory) like SRF's. I would like to use the streams for swisscom or sunrise customers but we are using a different company.

Is there any way to get these streams in this case? I don't want to use proxy or swisscom IP VPS or other solutions. Sorry if this has been asked before because I don't speak French.

You have multiple solutions, maybe an OTT solution is good your you, you don't have to be depedent of your internet connexion. This company do that.

Thank you but what is your internet service provider not answered.
Maybe you already had access to free open tv channels.
Try it if streams success or fails ! (be carefull firewall and policy of your enterprise let you do it or not)

You can try it for free for internal usage only, broadcast/multicast internally  (mean only inside your private network for your staff with subcription/register the enterprise to https://serafe.ch

Anyway, for business with external Swiss customers or foreign european customers like Turkey,  you need right access and subscription to the tv channels otherwise you would have big tax for illegal usage depend of Swiss laws (mandatory)

one of our server in datacenter in OVH (France) because of this I have no possibility to get Swiss streams. (I tested it doesn't work). I know the the rules and technical side of IPTV restream. Bakom informed us we have to stream some Swiss channels to our customers which lives in Switzerland. (We don't stream Swiss channels outer Switzerland.)

The only things can I re-stream 4+,5+ channels. These are not in Bakom list maybe we need get permission from this channels but they are not reacting us positive or negative
